Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health. Fitness has a variety of components and there are many ways it can be measured.... Are you a fitness freak…or you want to be fit & healthy, then what are you waiting for –“Stop saying I wish, start saying I will.” Guys, every journey starts with single step. But you will never finish ,If you don’t start.So let’s get started..

    • Aerobic Fitness - Aerobic activities condition your heart and lungs. Aerobic means "with oxygen." The purpose of aerobic conditioning is to increase the amount of oxygen that is delivered to your muscles, which allows them to work longer.

    • Muscle strengthening - Stronger muscles can mean either more powerful muscles that can do bigger jobs (such as lifting heavier weights) or muscles that will work longer before becoming exhausted (endurance).

    • Flexibility -Like aerobic fitness and muscle strengthening, flexibility is a result of physical activity. Flexibility comes from stretching. Your muscles are repeatedly shortened when they are used, especially when exercising.

Exercise is any movement that works your body at a greater intensity than your usual level of daily activity. Exercise raises your heart rate and works your muscles and is most commonly undertaken to achieve the aim of physical fitness.

  • Body weight exercise -  Exercises that can be performed using only the body as the source of resistance.

  • Core training exercise - Core training exercises primarily focus on the abdominal and lower truck muscles and are excellent for improving strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

  • Elastic Band exercise - Elastic bands are also ideal for simulating whole-body, multiple-joint movements of common movements like throwing, lifting, jumping, and running.

Benefits of water during exercise -


Nearly two thirds of the human body is water. Water is an essential nutrient that is involved in every function of the body. It helps transport nutrients in and waste products out of cells. It is necessary for all digestive, absorption, circulatory, and excretory functions as well as for assimilating water-soluble vitamins. Water also helps maintain proper body temperature.

Drink water before your workout; you lose water while you exercise even without heavy perspiration. Ingesting at least a glass of pure water shortly after rising is a good way to hydrate your system.
