Exercise

Exercise is any movement that works your body at a greater intensity than your usual level of daily activity. Exercise raises your heart rate and works your muscles and is most commonly undertaken to achieve the aim of physical fitness.

Exercise Types -
  • Body weight exercise Exercises that can be performed using only the body as the source of resistance.

  • Core training exercise - Core training exercises primarily focus on the abdominal and lower truck muscles and are excellent for improving strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

  • Elastic Band exercise - Elastic bands are also ideal for simulating whole-body, multiple-joint movements of common movements like throwing, lifting, jumping, and running.
